X Factor star Joel Adams has revealed he plans to join OnlyFans after his music career was put on hold during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Joel, 24, said a friend suggested he join the adult membership website after his tour of the United States was canceled and he returned home to Brisbane with no income.

“I had this conversation seriously at one point,” he said. The daily telegraph.

“I thought about it for a week. I have friends who do it and they make over $ 20,000 a month. So yes, I was thinking about it a bit, ”he added.

Joel decided not to sign up for the platform because he wants to be “taken seriously” as an artist “and to do that, I can’t do anything like OnlyFans”.

Joel rose to fame on The X Factor Australia in 2016, after which he released his song Please Don’t Go.
